Partner Management&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Identify, evaluate and establish strong relationships with a network of premium vendors (e.g. caterers, production companies, AV specialists, florists, security).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage the bidding process, negotiate contracts and ensure vendors deliver exceptional quality within established budgets and timelines.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Collaboration &amp;amp; Communication:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Communicate frequently and effectively with internal partners across Louis Vuitton.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work closely with the Senior Manager and global events team in Paris to ensure alignment on global projects, initiatives and brand guidelines.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prepare detailed event briefs, post-event reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Compliance &amp;amp;
