Refresh, validate, and enrich account and contact data using multiple sources, including company details, websites, phone numbers, job titles, and email addresses
Identify key buying-process stakeholders who have recently changed roles and flag this intelligence in Salesforce
Analyze Outreach performance data and report findings to the Head of New Business, including identifying high- and low-performing sequences across markets
Deliver bi-weekly updates to Sales and SDR teams on economic trends and how to apply these insights in upcoming prospecting efforts (with coaching support from the Head of New Business)
Support target account selection using industry insights and tools such as Time Top 50/100, Crunchbase, and MiTools
Assist with ReachDesk direct-mail campaigns by gathering and validating mailing address information
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior using advanced tools and online research
Conduct in-depth market and account research to identify leads, segments, and new sales opportunities
Create clear, data-driven reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making
