• Early Insights will take place in person in our New York City, Baltimore and Alpharetta offices next year. Candidates selected to participate in Early Insights will have the opportunity to interview for a summer analyst role. Further details on the application process, eligibility criteria and participating divisions are below.
• Eligibility Requirements: Historically underrepresented populations in the finance industry include: women, Hispanic, Black, veteran, disabled, LGBTQ+, and first-generation college student populations. Undergrads with graduation dates between December 2025 – June 2026.
• Participation in Early Insights does not guarantee selection for the summer analyst program. Employment decisions at Morgan Stanley are based on merit and do not discriminate against any individual on the basis of their race, gender or other protected status.

Application Deadline and Details

• The deadline to apply is Tuesday, November 14, 2023, 11:59 EST
• Each candidate may only submit one application
• In order of preference, please: (1) select a preferred location (where you can see yourself working and living full time); and (2) based on location, please select your top division of interest
• After submitting your application online, you will be asked to complete an additional video component via HireVue prior to the application deadline
• Eligible candidates must currently be enrolled at a four year accredited institution or community college planning to transfer to a four year accredited institution and provide their resume with a current GPA
• Selected candidates will also have the opportunity to interview for a 2025 Summer Analyst role with the firm
• Morgan Stanley will cover domestic travel, accommodations, and meal expenses for attendees
