  • Get exclusive access to an innovative law firm with our unpaid insight scheme. See first-hand how we combine technical legal knowledge with creative thinking to drive sustainable action and long-lasting value for businesses.
  • This is a two-day programme for university students who are not yet eligible for our vacation scheme (1st and 2nd-year students). It runs in all of our offices between July and August.
  • You'll have the opportunity to take part in a variety of workshops to experience first-hand the different types of work we do at TLT. 
  • You'll also get the opportunity to network with our trainees and get hints & tips for applying to Training Contracts. 
  •  If you are interested in a career in Law but not yet eligible for Vacation Scheme or Training Contract applications, then this scheme is for you. 
  • Our employees are talented people, distinguished by technical excellence, with a willingness to embrace team working and a passion for client service. You will be able to demonstrate a similar supportive, flexible and driven ethos and will have an enthusiasm to learn.
  • Our Trainee Solicitors are free thinkers, not process drivers and we look for candidates that have a commercially-agile mindset and are academically bright.
