Requirements

  • Recent graduate (within 12 months) of a BA degree or MA degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Experience in managing digital content as well as production of content with agencies and/or internal Creative Departments.
  • Background and interest in Skincare, beauty, fashion and/or lifestyle brands.
  • Love for creating video and still content. 
  • Experience in photography and basic photo + video editing skills, with the motivation to continue to learn and excel at visual content creation are key to this role. Photoshop skills are a plus.
  • Experience producing written & video content for social media.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Sprinklr, Netbase & Traackr.
  • Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Assist Director of Advocacy, Influencer and Content with:
  • Social Media & Advocacy:
  • Work closely with Director of A&I and Content & brand marketing to develop unique storytelling angles for advocacy campaigns.
  • Be on top of the Advocacy & social trends: Identify unique influencers for content creation & identify skin care trends and activations.
  • Work closely with Director of A&I and Content to review influencer content pieces & ensure timely launches.
  • Build Influencer content Library to support our retailers.
  • Support Value Charter process, ensuring alignment of key partners and creators with the L’Oréal Paris brand.
  • Report on social KPI’s both weekly and monthly, covering all advocacy partners, owned and top competitor channels.
  • Utilize Netbase for trends tracking to inform larger Marketing team of opportunities to create nimble social content based on rising and declining trends in products, ingredients, etc.
  • Topline Weekly Competitor / Social Market Analysis.
  • Assist and maintain monthly editorial calendar + content roadmap and associated Workflows for L’Oréal Paris owned TikTok, Facebook & Pinterest.
  • Assist with publishing organic content on all owned L’Oréal Paris channels.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop + Align content based on social trends & unique storytelling opportunities.
  • Assist on set of social shoots – both video and photo with duties including prop + production assistance, wardrobe, casting + BTS captures.
  • Work with the cross functional teams to ensure retailer posts are planned & posted, and campaigns are posted in Global channels.
