  • To be considered for the 2024 Credit Off Cycle Intern role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student
  • Anticipated graduation date: 2023 or 2024
  • CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
  • CV must be in PDF format
  • Available to intern for ideally 6 months beginning in January 2024, however the team can be flexible
  • Experience in investment banking or equivalent is desirable, but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Typically, work will include due diligence and financial analysis, modelling, research, competitive analysis and benchmarking, development of presentations, assistance in the execution of transactions, and drafting of investment memoranda. As well as being involved in specific investment processes, candidates will help lead individual research projects, focused on either specific industries or companies.
  • Depending on the position, you may be required to obtain certain securities licenses if you are in a client facing role and/or if you are engaged in the following:
  • Attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or and client questions;
  • Marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients;
  • Supervising or training securities licensed employees;
  • Structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products; and
  • Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.
