Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Strong Interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Major in Business/ Marketing or Communications majors
What we’re looking for:
Currently enrolled undergraduate students with a graduation date of December 2024 or May 2025 with ability to begin full-time employment in 2025 (if offered employment post-internship)
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Self-motivated and results-driven individual who will make an impact while utilizing strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively
Team oriented and able to develop positive relationships with coworkers and other partners involved
Strong presentation skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations
Microsoft Office skills including, but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer
Authorization to work in the US; without sponsorship as a full-time coworker

Responsibilities

Work with the RSS to gain basic knowledge of partner supported and the overall process
Monitor renewal opportunities and attach rate leads; manage the opportunity pipeline from lead to closure.
Review upcoming renewals and work with the partner to request pricing quotes
Create internal CDW part number
Track renewals and communicate your progress to RSS and Sales
