Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full-time in an ABA-accredited law school as a first year law student
  • This role is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Gain valuable legal work experience at one of our partnering law firms as part of their 2024 summer associate class
  • As a member of the in-house team, work cross-functionally with subject matter experts across a wide range of legal practice areas
  • Learn about how a tech company operates, and the role of an in-house attorney

  • The cover letter should be a 1-2 page personal statement that includes: your interest in the role and what makes you an outstanding candidate; why a diverse, equitable, and inclusive professional community is important to you, and any demonstrated actions and commitment to furthering that in your various communities, including the legal profession; and which legal practice areas are of most interest to you.
  • Candidates who advance in the interview process will also be asked to provide a legal writing sample and a law school transcript with first semester grades, once available.
