Requirements

You are a junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university, preferably majoring in finance, accounting, data science, analytics, management information systems, risk management and insurance, or another related field
Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization tools
Driven, highly motivated, self-starter
Strong communication and presentation skills with outstanding interpersonal relationship building
A team player that works well with others across various functions and geographies
Ability to use data and analytics to help interpret broker metrics to drive performance and help create a robust pipeline of opportunities

Responsibilities

Partner with the Business Performance Management Team to perform data profiling and analysis based on Sales & Distribution data
Work with Sales & Distribution team to define business intelligence (BI) and reporting requirements
Support development of custom reports and data visualization products and prototypes
Analyze sales pipeline to support sales initiatives and cross sell techniques. Identify trends and metrics to help drive target broker strategies that position Everest to achieve its growth objectives
Monitor broker metrics and drivers of performance variance against expectations
Evaluate broker portal data to support the identification of targeted lines of business to help the team prequalify deals
