Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Open to All Engineering Areas of Emphasis)
  • Open to Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors
  • Strong Goal Orientation and desire to pursue Career working directly with Customers as a Technical Sales Consultant
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Exposure to the many facets of Trane’s businesses, including Service, Equipment, Building Automation, Application and Fulfillment.
  • Attend sales meetings; business functions; sales and service calls; customer meetings alongside experienced account managers and mentors.
  • Hands-on work with sales engineers from start to finish on a job.
  • Work with customers on a daily basis as a point-of-contact.
