Requirements

  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Pursuing a BA or BS (Class of 2025) in finance, business, economics, or a related filed, from an undergraduate institution with a record of academic achievement
  • Strong interest in the financial industry, particularly alternative asset management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and convey complex financial concepts.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • At Apollo, we work as one team, partnering across regions and disciplines to share the perspectives and insights that lead us to exceptional opportunities. You’ll partner with junior and senior level professionals on a range of projects across the team.
  • You’ll also:
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in preparing presentations, pitch materials, and supplemental ad-hoc requests.
  • Strategy Support: Support the National Accounts team’s ongoing project work ie. Reporting, sales tracking, channel strategy.
  • Client Interaction: Assist in managing client communications, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential new fund launches and existing relationships in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Reporting: Generate reports and analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Write meeting memos and assist as needed with preparation for client meetings/pitches
  • Possess investment acumen and develop knowledge of Apollo’s positioning, holdings, competitive edge and overall investment results across the capital structure
  • Act as a consistent team player who effectively works across Apollo to advance the firm’s goals
