The candidate for the 2024 Summer Construction Internship in South Austin must have good communication skills, initiative, customer focus, flexibility, organizational and time management skills, a high school diploma and current enrollment in college, computer proficiency, a valid driver's license with a reliable transportation, and the ability to work 40 hours a week. Professional development, community outreach, and teambuilding opportunities will be provided for a fun summer internship at Perry Homes.

The candidate will acquire knowledge of construction procedures and assist in coordinating warranty service, maintaining relationships, inspecting materials and workmanship, and ensuring safety standards in a South Austin construction internship.
