  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Required majors:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital workplace goals, strategies, and initiatives.
  • Build/ Update a standard web page as a platform to inform and guide users to understand various services offered by the organization.
  • Conduct research and analysis to gather insights on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to digital workplace solutions.
  • Support the implementation of digital tools including collection and maintenance of data.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and make recommendations to optimize digital workplace processes, site services, and employee experience.
