Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Advanced Degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Marketing, Communications, Program Development, Adult Education Strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Analytical skills
  • Collaboration skills
  • Communication skills – verbal and written
  • Drives results through effective project and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

Responsibilities

  • As a Spectrum Intern, you’ll be essential to two teams — your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 29th, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.
  • Internship responsibilities may include:
  • Engage in hands-on efforts to support Corporate Learning Solutions various program management and development initiatives, including: Excel at Talent Acquisition, Excel at HR, Excel at Facilitation, Third Party Content and Learning Programs.
  • Support includes developing marketing and communication strategies consistent with a strong learning and development brand that promotes the value of the learning programs, facilitates a strong working relationship with our constituency, attracts learners to the appropriate solutions.
  • Strategies for individual programs should reflect a consistent Corporate Learning Solutions brand and experience.
