  • Who You Are (Required):
  • You meet one of the following criteria:
  • Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student)
  • Must be pursuing a PhD (enrolled student)
  • Required majors:
  • Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Pharmacoeconomics, Health Economic and Outcomes Research, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • Required skills:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Experience in analyzing large real-world datasets, such as claims or electronic health records.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert problem solver capable of seeking help when needed; ability to think creatively and take initiative.
  • Complements our culture and the standards that guide our daily behavior & decisions: Integrity, Courage, and Passion.
  • Experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, or other statistical methods is a bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Support RWD study protocol development and RWD analysis that serve the evidence needs of our IVD and CDS product portfolio.
  • Assist in our collaborations with cross-functional stakeholders to create, confirm, and validate disease & clinical hypotheses for RWD projects supporting commercial, market access, medical and regulatory needs.
  • Support the publication of high-quality RWD analysis results through posters, abstracts, and manuscripts at external and internal events/congresses.
