Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program
  • Strong research and writing skills, including excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills;
  • Experience working on gender justice issues with an intersectional lens;
  • Experience or interest in a research, advocacy, or policymaking environment;
  • Demonstrated experience and judgment working both collaboratively and independently;
  • Flexibility, creativity, and initiative along with excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing research for the storytelling initiative and community impact fund
  • Support the Community Partnerships Manager with tracking and monitoring
  • Conduct weekly news briefs for internal and external use
  • Attend and summarize relevant meetings, reports, and calls
  • Conduct outreach to existing and prospective non-profit partners
  • Provide research support to partners
