Requirements

  • Undergraduate students graduating in 2025 or 2026
  • Strong consideration will be made for candidates that have some investment banking, or PE/VC/Hedge fund investment experience

Responsibilities

  • The Compliance team is responsible for administering the Compliance program and monitoring adherence, providing periodic Compliance training, and providing ongoing guidance to questions and issues that may arise in the normal course of business. Compliance Intern responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Monitoring compliance with Riverside policies and procedures
  • Assisting with conducting compliance reviews and forensic testing
  • Assisting with compliance special projects, as needed
  • In addition to working directly with mentors, interns are encouraged to listen in on all of our weekly investment committee meetings and lunches wherein students will hear from other teams they are not directly involved with to get a holistic picture of Riverside’s various functions and collaborative environment.
