Requirements

Full-time student currently enrolled in an appropriate Bachelor's degree program at an accredited four-yearuniversity; OR
Recent college graduate having graduated within 12 months prior to internship start date with anappropriate Bachelor's degree
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
Knowledge of purchasing rules, regulations, inventory control systems and methods, forms purchaseorders and accounts payable processes
Ability to research and gather information related to vendors, contracts, equipment and supplies
Ability to use computer databases to research, maintain and update records and files
Able to operate a variety of light equipment, hand trucks and vehicles within a warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Able to use a variety of computer software, including word processing, database and spreadsheetapplications (Microsoft office suite)
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Criteria/Conditions:
Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and proceduresgiven in English
Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safetystandards
Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet time-sensitive deadlines
Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required

Responsibilities

Participates in system implementation/business process projects
Contributes to reporting, analytical, and date enrichment activities
Reviews inventory data within Inventory Planning System
Create analysis on Market trends and develop analysis in support of bid activites
Prepares system and business process training documentation
Assists with execution of training and system/business process rollout activities
Performs other duties as required
