The candidate must have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, flexibility, and time management skills. They should also demonstrate initiative and have a high school diploma and current university enrollment. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are necessary. The candidate must be available to work full-time during the week and can expect professional development, community outreach, and a fun summer internship.

The candidate will be responsible for producing and revising residential construction blueprints using Revit, meeting daily deadlines, and completing special projects as requested.
