The candidate must be pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's degree in computer science or a similar major, have a minimum or on track for a 2:1 degree, possess strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C#, demonstrate problem solving and project management abilities, and have an interest in the intersection of Finance and Technology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment are also required.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and applying analytical methods to manage risk and search for alpha, improving internal applications, building tools and platforms for portfolio managers, and streamlining trade floor processes and identifying new technologies.
