Responsibilities

  • Mentor with senior thin film engineer
  • Develop fundamental understanding of optical materials and properties, deposition chamber hardware and maintenance, and basic process control
  • Document best practices, create and update procedures, and help train technicians on latest changes
  • Analyze defects, help identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Present technical information regarding project statusMentor with senior thin film engineer
