Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing a bachelor's degree or 4+1 program in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technology discipline.
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May 2026 (U.S.)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in depth troubleshooting for any developed software running in the clustered environment or monitor and manage the health of technology platforms and associate services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring all requirements are met
  • Service and maintain applications in expected turn-around times with a sense of urgency
  • Work with application teams to have application issues fixed, both short term and long term (root cause)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize production downtime
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize productivity
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and patterns, making data-driven decisions for process improvement
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of learning and growth
  • Maintain, monitor, and support large and complex software systems in an operational 24X7 enterprise environment; analyze program logic and logistics; improve efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and system configurations, for future reference
  • Acquire knowledge / agility to learn end to end SDLC lifecycle
  • End User support of HW/SW including Service Desk, Collaboration tools, VDS, and more
