Responsibilities

  • While traditional equities products (IPOs, follow-ons, convertibles, derivatives, etc.) are an integral part of our value proposition, capital markets advisory around M&A, dual-track processes, spin-offs, SPACs and merger structuring is equally critical.
  • Evercore has recently served as a bookrunner on some of the largest and most prominent transactions in the U.S., including IPOs for Birkenstock, RayzeBio, Baush + Lomb, and TPG, as well as follow-ons for GE Healthcare, QuantumScape, Mobileye, EVgo, Vita Coco.
