Applicants must have at least 6 months of work experience or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. Additionally, candidates must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
What majors are preferred for this internship?
While all majors are welcome, preferred fields of study include Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, Organizational Psychology, or Analytics.
What skills are desirable for candidates applying for this internship?
Desirable skills include excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal aptitude, and involvement in extracurricular activities.

Yes, interns will receive various on-the-job trainings and supplemental development to build their technical skills, HR acumen, and line-of-business knowledge.

Interns will conduct research, analyze data, present findings and recommendations, partner with business and HR stakeholders on strategy and project management, and engage in human capital projects across lines of business.
Is there a possibility of a full-time offer after the internship?
Yes, upon successful completion of the internship program, qualified candidates may be extended a full-time offer to join the HR Development Program.
