Responsibilities

  • - understand how our clients, including (inter alia) corporates, institutions, private equity and governments, operate businesses and consider strategic objectives
  • - get to know the markets through IPOs, capital raising and disposal/sale
  • - interact with the equities platform to get an insight into the investor community views and trends
  • - learn all about debt capital markets including corporate and emerging market bonds
  • - evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
  • - prepare industry analyses for pitches
  • - get involved in the execution of live deals
