Requirements

  • has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
  • has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

Responsibilities

  • support transaction managers in their daily activities, including the preparation, review, and organization of professional sales documentation in accordance with UBS standards
  • identify real estate opportunities in collaboration with client advisors
  • conduct comprehensive and in-depth market research, analysis, and valuation to aid in decision-making and deal structuring
  • meet with clients to provide tailored real estate recommendations for all asset types and throughout the entire real estate life cycle
  • execute a structured sales process, including preparation and structuring, marketing, due diligence, negotiations, and closing
  • assist the team by scheduling meetings, contacting clients and investors, drafting and preparing various documents, and organizing files
  • develop and build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
