Requirements

  • has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
  • has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
  • is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, critical thinking and is a fast learner
  • has strong communication skills and the ability to develop relationships, identify client needs and to effectively problem solve
  • has a good understanding about how Banks work, key business lines and a high level understanding of the current financial industry challenges / opportunities
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • experience the day-to-day of a relationship management role, including supporting them in their daily work, preparing for client visits or client events
  • learn about Banks as a key client segment and the main opportunities and challenges of servicing this segment
  • support the team in strategic projects including consolidating revenue data from partner banks and creating a reporting view of our key Bank relationships
  • support the team in identifying opportunities to grow business with Bank clients, and develop an understanding of the UBS offering for banks
  • maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
