Responsibilities

  • Supporting strategic priorities and projects across Wells Fargo's businesses.
  • Evaluating strategic possibilities, developing innovative recommendations, and managing matrixed projects, in support of complex business needs.
  • Contributing strategic consulting services to internal clients, leveraging product, project, industry, and business expertise.
  • Conducting competitive and industry research, coupled with financial analysis to understand Wells Fargo's relative market position.
  • Identifying, gathering, analyzing data to drive insights that inform a strategic recommendation.
  • Developing compelling presentations and business cases through effective storytelling.
  • Expanding both skillsets via structured learning opportunities and on-the-job training and development.
  • Building a diverse understanding of how the company works, including how strategic projects and investments are prioritized.
