What is the duration of the internship program?
The internship program is a 10-week program running from May 27, 2025, to August 1, 2025.
What are the working hours for the internship?
Interns are expected to commit to 37.5 hours per week, with at least three days on-site at our Parsippany, New Jersey location; two days may be worked remotely.
Is there a minimum GPA requirement for applicants?
Yes, candidates must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above to be eligible for the internship.
Are there any age requirements for applicants?
Yes, applicants must be at least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date of the internship.
What are the compensation rates for interns?
The hourly rate for undergraduate interns is $20 per hour, and the hourly rate for graduate students is $25 per hour.
Will interns receive paid holidays during the internship?
Yes, interns will be eligible for any company-paid holidays that occur during the internship period.
Are interns eligible for healthcare and other benefits?
No, as a summer intern, you are ineligible for comprehensive healthcare benefits, a 401k plan, and other benefits during the internship.
Do I need to submit a resume and cover letter to apply?

When is the application deadline for the internship?

Will there be an interview process for the internship?
Yes, candidates will participate in virtual interviews with HR and the hiring manager as part of the selection process.
What happens at the end of the internship?
At the end of the 10-week program, interns are required to give a final presentation to their manager and department team members.
Is work visa sponsorship available for international students?
No, Ferring cannot sponsor work visas for summer interns. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
