Responsibilities

  • Optimization of product sheets, prices, and promotions, thus contributing to the increase in conversion rate and revenue.
  • Content management : Manage and organize website content, editorial content, and promotional operations on our websites.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging newsletters and promotions that resonate with our audience and drive engagement (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Analyze online performance indicators and identify trends.
  • Ensure data collection, quality, and preservation.
  • Propose data-driven solutions to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a user-centric approach, constantly advocating for the best possible user experience.
  • Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to implement UX improvements.
  • Digital projects related to innovation and Beauty Tech.
  • Liaison between L'Oréal and start-ups (Station F...).
  • Exploring the latest trends for L'Oréal: web3, metaverse, genAI, gaming, etc.
