Requirements

  • Previous experience engaging professionally with talent and their managers, publicists and assistants
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to balance several projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as with a team
  • Able to discreetly handle highly confidential information
  • Complete administrative tasks as needed
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs/Spreadsheets, Gmail
  • Program Information:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class, or be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months at time of application, or be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Senior level or recent graduate preferred
  • May not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024- January 2025
  • Availability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship, most hours being in person, with possible days working from home. Preferably 9am-6pm PT, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Our intern would primarily report to the Director of Talent Relations at ABC but also have opportunities to work alongside our other Talent Relations teams across the company (Hulu, Freeform/Onyx Collective, Disney Branded Television/Disney Jr., Disney Television Studios etc.) on larger company-wide initiatives. As the intern, you would conduct research about talent interests, maintain the master database, build schedules for events/shoots and attend events to assist with talent logistics.
