Requirements

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field preferred
  • Active participation in student organizations or work experience in accounting or a related field is a plus, but not required
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and tax project management skills, including knowledge of GAAP, Taxation compliance, codes and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet and audit software

Responsibilities

  • The paid internship program exposes interns to a variety of accounting issues, industry sectors and opportunities within a growing firm.
  • Experience challenging and relevant assignments, while working directly with CBIZ ARC Consulting directors, managers, seniors and staff. Practice our commitment to client service as you execute responsibilities and gain insight into the professional services sector.
  • Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel.
  • Understand engagement as it relates to client's business.
  • Deliver services that meet CBIZ ARC Consulting standards of excellence.
