Responsibilities

  • Preparation of excel reconciliation files between contracts, purchase orders, general ledger accounts, etc. Requires reading the contracts and researching Yardi purchase orders and vendor shield.
  • Research and gather data to prepare applicable state/local tax filings
  • Provide other analysis/reporting as needed
