Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 hours of accounting courses completed
  • Display a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience with computers and MS Office, including proficiency with Excel
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in both a team atmosphere and independently
  • Ability to interact with varying levels of individuals

Responsibilities

  • This summer internship will provide valuable, real-world experience to students pursuing a university degree in business with a focus in accounting. The intern will gain exposure to various functions within accounting, such as SOX internal controls and general ledger accounting, and participate in projects to support the business.
