Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will be in a bachelor or master’s degree program in Accounting with a 3.0+ grade point average
  • Independent Worker – drives for individual and team results while maintaining high personal standards
  • Communication – listens well and demonstrates concise and effective written and verbal skills
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and some experience using Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Assist with month end processes including booking journal entries and reconciling key balance sheet accounts
  • Shadow various employees in the Accounting department and assist with testing and implementing strong internal controls
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis on a month-to-month basis
  • Support the Accounting team on day-to-day tasks
