Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, across all organizational levels
  • Startup and results-driven mentality, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to thrive in an evolving environment
  • Organized, attentive, and focused on details

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day and monthly accounting activities, including bank reconciliations and associated reporting
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the general ledger
  • Assist in various projects and analyses presented by the Accounting and Finance Team
  • Build effective communications with internal and external stakeholders, including Perpay Department Heads and vendors
  • Engage in process improvement efforts to enhance financial planning and budget management procedures for efficiency and accuracy
