Requirements

  • Must be 21+ at the time of the Internship.
  • Availability to report to work for the duration of the Internship Program.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university program, majoring in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Entry-level finance knowledge, with a passion for learning and growing within the industry.
  • Administrative support experience, showcasing organizational and task management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the importance of a trial balance and GL data:
  • Structure setup of a trial balance and dissecting GL data for analysis on accounts
  • Participate in month end and conduction POC accounting, gaining exposure to real-world financial scenarios.
  • Administrative Financial Support:
  • Execute schedules to support monthly reconciliations.
  • Understanding the foundation for Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable
  • Contribute to the preparation of internal and external financial documents.
  • Audit and Compliance:
  • Support audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Data Management:
  • Manage and organize financial data using relevant tools and software.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
