Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a degree in Accounting or similar field
  • Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status
  • Language requirements: English, required; French, helpful

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation of past due accounts
  • Run weekly rejected report for open invoices and POs
  • Assist with vendor record maintenance
  • Learn additional Accounts Payable tasks and functions within the team
  • Duties:
  • Skilled at solving problems and dealing with a variety of options with limited information
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook software
  • Comfortable with IT systems
