Requirements

  • Education:
  • High School diploma required
  • Accounting or related majors (minimum coursework to include at least 3 accounting courses)
  • Experience:
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Macros
  • Experience with ERP system (SAP a plus)
  • SQL/Microstrategy experience preferred
  • Skills:
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations)
  • Extensive personal computer skills in Microsoft Office products
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Support AS Training Managers in the implementation of the defined AS training strategy for all training events (incl. invitations, hotel reservation, credit card, materials, invoices/budget, certificates, happy sheet, and welcome letter)
  • Assist in facilitation of the procurement process from start to finish (contracts, risk clarification.)
  • Process Zycus iRequest.
  • Maintain and deliver schedule of regional Zertifizierter Porsche Techniker (ZPT) certificates and arrange shipment with gifts.
  • Support master data in Learning Management System (Porsche Academy) and ensure it’s updated on a continuous basis
  • Assist in preparing AS Conference Training KPI’s
  • Maintain Palms 2.0 and update weekly (incl. job roles, training course, and market training reports.)
  • Maintain AS iPad curriculum updated to current courses (iTrainer.)
  • Maintain AS training subspace in PPN (incl. all training uploads, calendars, news, and updates.)
  • Provide support for PLA PPN Manager in PPN administration (approval of new users)
