Requirements

  • Skills needed/developed:
  • Understand HR business processes, understand AI research techniques
  • Ability to communicate data problems and feasible solutions to a variety of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of tools such as: Python, SQL, AWS Redshift
  • Experience with data visualization using PowerBI, Google Analytics, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc
  • Program Requirements:
  • Undergraduate students must be a junior or senior at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program. Graduate students must be enrolled at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program. 
  • Will not require sponsorship for employment 
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. 
  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA from an accredited school 

Responsibilities

  • The objective of this project is to make advancements in how we leverage HR data and analytics. By integrating AI with HR. The project will look at ways to streamline HR data management, provide deeper insights, promote innovation, and enhance HR decision-making. This initiative aligns with our overall goals of leveraging more sophisticated Tools and Resources to enhance the employee value proposition.

  • A comprehensive suite of AI-driven HR analytics tool(s), customized for our use.
  • User-friendly wireframes and interfaces for seamless interaction with the AI system.
  • A detailed report-out on the future state of HR data and analytics, along with recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Other documentation and procedure guides where needed
