Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, majoring in Computer Science (minimum rising senior preferred).
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred).
  • Strong programming skills, preferably in Python or a similar language.
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Extract and preprocess data from our Azure DevOps server-based engineering problem report and change request system.
  • Train a machine learning model for text classification using a labeled dataset.
  • Integrate the trained model with Power Automate to automate the classification process.
  • Collaborate with the Power BI team to present the classified data on a Power BI dashboard.
  • Test and iterate on the solution to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
