Requirements

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in a MS or PhD EE program
  • Strong skills in transistor-level design of mixed signal CMOS and/or BiCMOS circuits
  • Familiar with schematic entry / layout / simulation tool flow (preferably Cadence)
  • Familiar with the use of one or more software scripting tools to support design, such as Bash, Python, PERL, Awk or SKILL
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with high-speed designs (> 1 GHz)
  • Experience in data converter calibration and analysis
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Other Information:
  • Right to work in the US is required.
  • This position requires access to technical data regulated under export controls by the U.S Government. If an export license is required, employment may not commence until such license is received.
  • Relocation is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • You will do design and simulation of data converter circuits. Design may be at the block or circuit level, and simulation may include circuit simulation, electromagnetic simulation, and/or high-level custom software simulation.
