Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day processing of simple to complex transactions as per standard operating procedures.
  • Deliver on individual targets & contribute towards team KPIs/KRIs metrics.
  • Support all additional activities performed in the team which are part of wider initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations and a working knowledge of bank policies, programs, procedures and financial practices.
  • Work effectively in a team & collaborate with all stakeholders.
  • Seek to advance knowledge and improve skills leveraging various inhouse domain & process trainings.
  • Flexible to work across rotating work shifts aligned to the supported business geographies.
