What is the role of an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant?
The Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for ensuring high store standards, providing excellent customer service, connecting with the local community, and engaging as a team player in a fast-paced retail environment.
What kind of training will I receive?
You will receive training in-store over a 12-month period, with no college days or homework. Your training will be supported by your team and assessor.
What qualifications are required to apply for this position?
You need a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths, must not be currently in any form of education, and must not have completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
