Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
  • Master’s in Architecture preferred
  • Architectural License (AIA) required (College Graduate)
  • LEED® AP with Specialty or GA (Green Associate) preferred
  • Nation Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certificate recommended
  • 0-4+ years of experience
  • Previous experience with large projects helpful, but not necessary
  • Executing projects utilizing Autodesk Building System Software
  • Experience with Design-Build a plus
  • Exhibit characteristics of a leader
  • Be capable of enjoying the work and keeping a positive attitude in a challenging environment
  • Knowledgeable and productive in the Autodesk Building System Software work environment
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and be a proactive problem solver
  • Understands Standard Installation Details, client BIM standards, industry drafting and design standards

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with design and technical Teams in leading the development of design deliverables such as Reports and Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications
  • Assists in preparing and reviewing architectural calculations
  • Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability and coordination
  • Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting and/or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications
  • Interfaces daily primarily with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Project Management Team, Architects, Design Leads, QA/QC Manager, and the Architectural Discipline Lead
  • Other duties as assigned
