Requirements

Students must have completed at least one work term registered in an accredited Architectural program
Knowledge of various drawing software (AutoCAD, Rhino, 3D Studio, SketchUp, Revit)
Exposure to architectural design, working drawings, and 3D rendering would be considered an asset
Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
Keen interest to learn and grow
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good time management skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in the office, with some remote work acceptable

Responsibilities

Assist with 3D visualization, prototyping, component design, design development, and construction documents
Work under the direct supervision of a senior staff member or a partner
Project typologies are typically hospitality, resort, mixed-use residential, or public
Assist architects with construction administration phase tasks
Occasionally assist with planning, urban design, and landscape design tasks, office management, and proposals
