Requirements

  • Interest in learning new analytical tools
  • Hands on experience with Google Sheets (preferred) or Excel, utilizing at least vlookups, sumifs, countifs, and average/max/min
  • Strong reporting and QA skills with the ability to collect and organize data with attention to detail and accuracy, such as the ability to identify extreme outliers and flag for review
  • Yearn to ask questions to gain a better understanding of a concept or the data
  • Ability to think creatively about challenging problems
  • Familiarity with the basic concepts of web analytics (page views, visit/session, visitor, referrer, time on site)
  • Rising Junior or Senior preferred; candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Must provide own housing and transportation to and from work
  • Bonus Qualifications include (not required, but are a plus):
  • Google Analytics / Looker experience
  • Interest in media and healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Use first and third party data to develop custom audiences for targeting programs,
  • Provide general insights into the audiences based on behaviors and content consumption patterns and integrate with real world data for each audience
  • Responsible for generating and delivering client reporting, aggregating data to support client requests or needs from the Sales teams, which will include creating, updating and distributing reports from internal platforms for digital programs, live and virtual events, webcasts and podcasts, lead generation campaigns, etc. to clients.
  • Assisting internal teams with ongoing reporting and helping to give the “why” behind the numbers
  • Use our data visualization platform to pull and analyze data effectively
  • Looking for anomalies in the data and determining a potential cause
  • QA and validate reports by reviewing data from multiple sources to assure clients receive accurate data
