  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is a fundamental requirement.
  • Familiarity with print production solutions and local suppliers would be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in event planning is a plus, underscoring your versatility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide crucial support to the brand marketing team by efficiently managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate on the conceptualization, planning, and execution of captivating brand marketing campaigns and events.
  • Assist in coordinating the technical, production, and logistical aspects of events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Establish communication channels with suppliers to obtain quotes and oversee production-related activities.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of brand-related assignments.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to drive strategic brand positioning in our target markets.
