Requirements

  • You'll need to be educated to Degree level, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Mathematics, or other related fields.
  • Tech skills, such as coding experience, but we’re not set on a specific coding language just bring a strong willingness to learn.
  • A demonstrable passion for tech, with skills to match.
  • An inquisitive mind to help you solve problems.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Resilient and determined, able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Effective communication skills, to help you collaborate with people from across the world.
  • Be happy to work from one of our offices a minimum of three days per week, so you will need to live (or be willing to relocate) within an easily commutable distance.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be encouraged to learn and experiment as part of a continuous innovation community, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded. We’ll expect a lot from you, and you’ll be encouraged to bring innovative ideas and technical solutions, that add real value for our customers.
  • To support your technical development, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of technical tracks, such as Cloud Ops, Product Management, AI, Software Development, XD and more. Graduates will complete role-based projects and will acquire technical expertise through individual technical learning development plans.
