Requirements

  • - You have a university degree in behavioural science or related, e.g., economics, psychology, or marketing.
  • - You are highly skilled using the MS office suite, i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Experience with Qualtrics, Prolific or similar for running quantitative research would be an advantage.
  • - You have some applied experience in behavioural science, which could be gained through either coursework or previous work experience.
  • - You are a self-starter, proactive, with energy and drive and you have strong communication skills; you can speak clearly and enthusiastically about behavioural science.
  • - You are well organized with good time management skills. Previous project management experience would be an advantage.
  • - Fluent English speaker, any other European languages are beneficial (ideally French)
  • - Knowledge of, or experience in the insurance industry is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities
  • - Work on client projects with the BE consultants to deliver applied BE projects. This could include conducting consumer research to diagnose BE problems, helping to design BE solutions, and running A/B tests to test the impact of solutions.
  • - Create and update BE marketing and sales materials and help strengthen Swiss Re's thought leadership position in Behavioural Science.
  • - Actively contribute your ideas and perspective by drawing on your experience about how we can create, develop, and incubate new behavioural science 'solutions' that can be sources of scalable, repeatable fee revenue.
